MORGANTOWN – For the second time this week West Virginia sophomore point guard Darryl “Truck” Bryant is in trouble for his alleged involvement with a hit-and-run.

Purdue hoops on New Year’s Day
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A starting date for the previously announced West Virginia-Purdue men’s basketball series has been announced.
The Boilermakers have announced their 2009-10 non-conference schedule, and the Mountaineers will visit Mackey Arena on Jan. 1, 2010.
Purdue is expected to return the game to the WVU Coliseum during the 2010-11 season.

Alex Ruoff hopes to play for Wizards

Ohio running back 13th WVU commitment
Youngstown, Ohio, running back Braylon Heard told the West Virginia coaching staff on Tuesday that he plans to be a part of the 2010 football recruiting class.
A four-star prospect according to Rivals.com, Heard had scholarship offers from Pitt, Penn State, North Carolina State, Michigan State and Nebraska, among others.

Bryant Suspended Indefnitely
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University men’s basketball guard Darryl Bryant has been suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules, coach Bob Huggins announced today.
“Darryl is suspended indefinitely from all team-related activities,” said Huggins.
Coach Huggins will have no further comment on the situation at this time.
